View system emails

System emails collect the mail server's own messages in one place: delivery failure notifications, monitoring alerts, DMARC/TLS reports, and messages arriving in form and postmaster mailboxes. Each message type is classified and summarized; the raw version remains unchanged in the archive.

How to view system emails?

System emails collect the mail of the mail server in one place: undeliverable mail notifications, tracking alerts, DMARC/TLS reports, and those coming to form and postmaster boxes. Who can do this: Organization administrator. Those with problematic status (failed delivery, verification failed) are marked red, delayed ones yellow, and delivered ones green. They are classified and summarized by each message type; the raw version remains unchanged in the archive.

Steps

  1. In SmartMail Management, open the System emails section.

  2. Select one of the types above: Delivery, Tracking, DMARC, TLS, Form, Postmaster, Other. The counts are shown next to the type 1.

  3. Click a row to see 2 the summary, message body and attachment names.

Retention of report emailsThe raw form of DMARC and TLS report emails is deleted after 90 days. The row and summary in the list remain; only the email text and attachments in the details can no longer be opened. Processed report results are retained for 400 days and continue to feed the Domain health screen.
