How to download and share the attachment?

You can download the attachment to your phone without opening the preview and open it in another app or share it. Who can do this: any user signed in to the app. Pressing and holding the attachment card also downloads the attachment. Open the email and scroll to the Attachments section. Tap the download button to the right of the attachment you want to download. From the sharing window that opens, select the app where you will save or open the attachment.

Steps

  1. Open the email and scroll to the Attachments section 1. Attachments are also listed in the Summary & Details tab at the bottom.

  2. Tap the download button to the right of the attachment you want to download 2. While downloading, a spinner rotates on the button.

  3. From the share window that opens, choose the app you want to use to save or open the attachment.

Tip Pressing and holding the attachment card also downloads the attachment. If the preview does not open, you can also download it with the Download button on the error screen.
