How to view storage status and sync now?
You see how full your mailbox is and pull new emails from the mail server without waiting. Who can do this: Every user logged into the application. Once synchronization is complete, it states how many new emails and updates have arrived; if there is nothing new, it says the mailbox is up to date. When storage is full, it says Storage area is full — no new mail is being received.
Steps
Open the Settings screen. The Storage bar shows how full the mailbox is 1.
Tap Sync now 2. It immediately fetches new emails from the mail server.

Result When synchronisation finishes, it states how many new emails and updates arrived; if there is nothing new, it says the mailbox is up to date.
Note When storage is full, Storage area is full — no new email is being received. is displayed. Your emails are safe on the mail server and will not be lost. Contact your administrator to free up space.
