How do you filter and group the email list?
The user sees only unread emails, groups conversations belonging to the same matter on a single row, and syncs their mailboxes without waiting, using the buttons above the email list. Who can do this: Every user. When you select Reply or Forward on an email that is not open, the email opens and the reply window appears with the quote.
Steps
To see only unread emails, click Unread above the list 1. To return to all, select All.
To group emails with the same subject on one line, click the conversation icon at the top right of the list (Group by conversation) 2. When the icon is filled, the list is grouped; click again to show each email on a separate line. The number on a grouped line is the number of emails in the conversation.
To fetch new emails without waiting, click Refresh 3. When the process finishes, it tells you how many new emails were received.

Right-click menu
Right-click an email in the list. Everything you can do in the reading pane is in the menu: Open, Open in new tab, Reply, Reply all and Forward 1, read/unread, pinning, Labels, archive, quarantine, Sender and Copy 2, selection and, at the bottom, Delete 3.
Hovering over options with an arrow opens a submenu. In Labels, labels assigned to the email are checked; clicking adds or removes the label. From Sender, you can show all emails from that sender, archive them, or set a Focused rule.
When multiple mails are selected, if you right-click one of the selected ones, the menu applies to all selected mails: read, unread, archive, quarantine, delete.
