Switching between accounts and removing an account

You can switch between the company accounts you have added to the app without entering a password, and remove an account you no longer use from the phone.

How do I switch between accounts and remove an account?

You can switch between the company accounts you have added to the app without entering a password, and remove an account you no longer use from the phone. Who can do this: Any user signed in to the app. The inbox of the account you switch to opens. When you tap a notification, the app automatically switches to the account the notification belongs to. Tap your initials in the top right.

Switch to another account

  1. Tap your initials in the top right 1.

  2. Tap the row of the company you want to switch to in the menu 2.

Removing the account from the phone

  1. In the account menu, tap the X next to the account you want to remove 3.

  2. Confirm the removal in the confirmation prompt. The prompt includes the account name and states that notifications for this account will also stop.

Result The inbox of the account you switch to opens. The account you remove is deleted from the phone; your company account and emails are not affected.
Caution When you tap a notification, the app automatically switches to the account the notification belongs to.
