TipWhen you click any text box (subject, search, reply area, note), shortcuts are automatically disabled; to enable them again, simply leave the text box.

While composing an email

  • The new email window opens in the To field; when replying, the recipient is already set, so it opens directly in the compose area.
  • Tab order: To → Subject → compose area → AI and template buttons → send. Shift+Tab goes back. Tab cycles within the window and does not move to the page behind.
  • Use Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I and Ctrl+U for bold, italic and underline; the formatting buttons, Cc/Bcc and close button are not in the Tab order and are used with the mouse. Esc closes the window.
