You can track the status of emails sent for approval and approved replies from list icons and the banners in the reading screen.

How to track approval status?
You can track the status of emails sent for approval and approved replies from list icons and the banners in the reading screen. Who can do this: any user signed in to the application.
Where it appears
The approval icon below the avatar in the list 1: if yellow, the reply to this email is awaiting approval; if green, the email was approved and sent.
On the reading screen: the Response to this email is awaiting approval or This email was sent with approval banner.
On the Pending approvals screen, the status of each request: Pending approval, Approved, Rejected, Revision requested or Could not be sent.
