How do you write, continue and translate with AI?

Say what you want to write and AI will prepare a draft; continue what you've written or translate it into another language. Who can do this: A user with permission to write in the mailbox and permission for AI. Text generated by AI may be inaccurate or incomplete — always review it before sending.

Steps

  1. On the compose screen, tap Write with AI.

  2. Describe what you want it to write in the field that opens 1 (for example "politely thank them and suggest a meeting") and tap the Write with AI button below 2. The text appears in the compose field.

  3. To continue text you left unfinished, use Continue; to translate it into another language, use Translate 3.
