Attachments are previewed in the panel; however, not every file type can be opened in the browser. Who can use this: All users. If the preview does not open, download the attachment and open it with a program on your computer. To learn the attachment's content without opening the file, use the AI attachment analysis in the side panel. If the preview window says "This file type cannot be previewed in the browser.", click Download and open the file on your computer.
What to do
If the preview window says "This file type cannot be previewed in the browser.", click Download and open the file on your computer.
If your phone says "This browser cannot display the PDF inline.", tap Open PDF; the file opens in your phone's PDF app.
If the Office file exceeds 10 MB, no preview is available; download the file and open it.
If it says "Office preview could not be loaded.", try again after a while or download the file.
