When you open the admin screen address directly, it says "No session found"; open administration from the DBLinx dashboard. If it says "Sign-in could not be completed", wait a few seconds and click Try again; this is usually a temporary connection problem.

What to do

  1. If it says "Sign-in could not be completed", wait a few seconds and click Try again; this is usually a temporary connection issue.

  2. If you don't remember your password, use the password reset link on the DBLinx login screen. Steps are in DBLinx documentation. send a password link is explained on the page.

  3. If your administrator has given you a temporary password, set your own password on first login.

  4. On a browser you have not used for a long time (10 days), the session closes automatically; sign in again. Signing in on another device does not close the session on this device.

  5. If you can sign in but see no mailboxes in the dashboard, a mailbox needs to be assigned to you; contact your administrator.
