How to select a mailbox?

If you have access to multiple mailboxes, you can narrow the list down to a single mailbox or view them all together. Who can do this: A user with multiple mailboxes assigned. The list and folder counters refresh according to the mailbox you select. If there is a connection problem warning under the mailbox, new emails may not be arriving in that mailbox; notify your administrator.

Steps

  1. Tap the box name in the inbox top bar (it initially says All).

  2. In the Which mailbox? window, select the mailbox you want to see 1. To see them all together, select All 2.

Note If there is a connection problem warning below the mailbox, new email may not be arriving in that mailbox; notify your administrator.
