Reading the AI usage counter

The AI usage counter at the bottom of the sidebar shows how much AI allowance has been used this month, the total allowance and the date the allowance renews. If you have a personal share, the counter shows YOURS; otherwise it shows the organization's shared pool labelled GENERAL.

How do you read the AI usage counter?

The AI usage counter at the bottom of the sidebar shows how much AI allowance has been used this month, the total allowance and the date the allowance will be renewed. Who can do this: Every user. If you have a personal share, the counter shows YOURS; otherwise it shows the organization's shared pool with the GENERAL label. When the allowance is used up, a warning appears below the counter and at the top of the dashboard; receiving and sending mail is not affected.

Read counter

  1. The Storage row at the bottom of the sidebar shows the space your mailboxes use 1.

  2. The AI usage row shows usage and allowance in the format "This month … / … tokens" 2.

  3. The date below is the day your allowance renews 3.

TipWhen the allowance is used up, a warning appears below the counter and at the top of the dashboard; receiving and sending emails are not affected. If the counter is not visible, your administrator has hidden it; spending and allowances do not change.
