To draw a teammate's attention
With Get attention above the open email, the user brings a teammate who can see the same mailbox into the email. The selected person receives a notification, optionally with a short note; clicking the notification opens the email.

How to draw a teammate's attention?
The user, using Get attention above the open email, calls a teammate who sees the same mailbox to the email. Who can do this: A user with permission to get attention in the mailbox. A "…'s attention was drawn." notification appears. A notification is sent to the selected person, with a short note if you wish; clicking the notification opens the email.
Steps
Open the email and click the Draw attention button at the top 3.
Select the person from the Who do you want to notify? list 1. Only people who can see this mailbox are listed.
If you want, enter a short description in the Optional note field 2 and click Send.
