How to understand the Inbox?
The Inbox displays your emails in a single list, including security results, attachments, labels, and pending tasks. Who can do this: Every user logged into the application. When you open the application, the last inbox you viewed is immediately visible, and new emails are added shortly after; even without internet access, the last list opens.
What is on screen
Each row contains the sender, subject, short preview and time. Unread emails have a coloured line on the left edge and a dot next to the time.
The shield below the avatar shows the email's security result 1: green safe, yellow suspicious, red risky. Emails quarantined by AI show an AI quarantine badge 2.
The clock icon indicates that a reply date has been set for the email; the approval icon indicates that the reply to this email is awaiting approval or that the email was approved and sent 3. The paperclip icon indicates that the email has an attachment.
At the top are the All and Unread filters and the Grouped button 4.
