How to toggle AI analysis and chat on/off?

The administrator enables or disables AI summarisation and chat for uploaded documents for all tenants using the AI analysis and chat toggle on the Settings page. Who can do this: Administrator; Manage settings permission. When enabled, newly uploaded documents are automatically summarised; users can chat with documents via the AI tab.

Steps

  1. Open the Settings page of SmartFiles in the DBLinx tenant panel (tenant.smart360.com.tr).

  2. Toggle the switch in the AI analysis and chat row on or off 3.

  3. Click the Save button.
