How to chat with a document or folder?

A user with AI permission asks a question by typing into the question box on the AI tab, targeting a document or documents in a folder; the answer is based on the content of the document. Who can do this: User; AI permission in the Area. The answer is added to the chat history; it stays in place when you return to the same document. The same question box is also present on the side of the preview window.

Steps

  1. Click the document or folder and open the AI tab 1.

  2. Write your question in the About this file… box 3.

  3. Press the Enter key.
