Users with history permission can view recent operations (upload, move, delete, permission change) in a storage area, including person and time, via the Activity History button in the sidebar. Details: authorisation.

How to review activity in the storage area?

A user with history permission views recent operations (upload, move, delete, permission change) in a storage area, including the person and time, via the Activity history button in the sidebar. Who can do this: User; Administrator; History permission in the Area. Each row shows the person who performed the operation, the operation itself, and the time. Click the clock icon next to the area in the sidebar (Activity history).

Steps

  1. Click the clock icon (Activity history) next to the area in the sidebar.

  2. Read actions in the Activity History window 1.

"Result Each row records the person who performed the action, the action itself, and the time.
"Caution Personal data retention: IP addresses in activity logs are automatically deleted after the period set by the organization (the record remains); unusual activity alerts are also deleted after the same period. The period is selected between 90 days and 10 years from the Activity log retention period field on the Settings page; the default is 2 years.
