How do you create a folder on mobile?

Open a new folder in your current location. Who can do this: Users with create folder permission in the area. Name cannot be empty. If you do not see the + New folder button, you do not have create folder permission in this area. Navigate to the location where the folder will be created. Tap + New folder at the top of the list. Enter the name in the Folder name field.
