Download multiple files as ZIP
When multiple files or a folder are selected, the Download as ZIP button collects the files into a single ZIP file. When a folder is downloaded, subfolders are added preserving their structure. A maximum of 500 files and 2 GB are downloaded at once. Details: document preview.

How to download multiple files as ZIP?
When multiple files or a folder is selected, the Download as ZIP button collects the files into a single ZIP file. Who can do this: User; Read permission in the Area. The ZIP file is saved with the folder name (or as “SmartFiles.zip”). When a folder is downloaded, subfolders are added preserving their structure.
Steps
Select files using checkboxes or select a single folder.
Click Download as ZIP in the selection bar. To download a folder, you can also use the Download folder as ZIP button in the detail panel.
Once the counter on the button completes, the ZIP file downloads to your computer.
