How to read and analyse an AI summary?

A user with AI permission reads the summary of the uploaded document in the details panel; re-processes the document using Analyse or Re-analyse on the AI tab. Who can do this: User; AI permission in the Area. The summary appears in the details panel and on the file card within a few seconds.

Steps

  1. Click the document; the summary appears in the AI summary section of the details panel.

  2. Open the AI tab in the detail panel 1.

  3. If there is no summary, click Analyse; to refresh, click Re-analyse 2.
