Monitoring unusual activity alerts

After each operation, SmartFiles audits unusual activity: downloading 100 or more documents within 10 minutes by a person, deleting 50 or more items within 10 minutes, or creating an external share link between 22:00–06:00 Turkey time generates an alert. The alert does not stop the operation; the organisation administrator sees it on Settings > Reports page and marks it as viewed. Details: authorisation.
