How to tag files on mobile?

Add coloured and icon-based tags to files; create, edit, and delete tags in the area. Who can do this: User with note permission in the area (read permission is sufficient to view tags). If you delete a tag, it is removed from all files in that area. Touch a file to open its details. Touch Manage tags in the Tags section.

Labels are specific to each storage area. The label's icon and colour are visible on cards and in the list.

Steps

  1. Touch the file to open its details.

  2. Tap Manage tags in the Tags section.

  3. Tap a tag from the list to add it to the file; tap again to remove it. 1"

  4. Enter a name for the new tag, select a colour and icon, then save. Use the buttons in the row to edit or delete an existing tag.
