Search within documents
When at least a three-letter word is typed into the search box, the Documents containing the term section opens above the file list. Results come from all areas you have read access to and are displayed with the sentence containing the word. Details: SmartFiles features.

How to search within documents?
When at least three letters are typed into the search box, the Documents containing section opens above the file list. Who can do this: User. The document details open in the right panel. Results come from all areas you have read permission for and show the sentence where the word appears. If you type multiple words, documents containing all of them are found.
Steps
Type the word you are searching for in the Search for file or folder box in the top bar.
View results in the Documents mentioned in content section above the file list.
Click the document you want to open; it opens selected within its own folder.
