How to monitor monthly AI usage?

Administrators can view the number of tokens used this month, the total allowance in the plan, and the usage percentage on the Monthly AI Usage row in the Settings page. Who can do this: Administrator; Permission to manage settings. Allowances are determined by your plan and reset every month. You can purchase an additional token pack for more allowances: tenant.smart360.com.tr/satin-almalar.

Steps

  1. Open the Settings page of SmartFiles in the DBLinx tenant panel (tenant.smart360.com.tr).

  2. Read the Monthly AI usage row 4: used / total tokens and percentage.
