How to change the name and colour of a storage area?

An administrator changes the name, description, and colour of a storage area via the Storage Area Settings button in the SmartFiles panel sidebar. Who can do this: Administrator; permission to manage storage areas. The new name and colour appear immediately in the sidebar and settings panel. In the SmartFiles panel, click the gear icon (Storage Area Settings) next to the area in the sidebar's storage areas list.

Steps

  1. In the SmartFiles panel, click the gear icon (Storage Area Settings) next to the area in the Storage Areas list on the sidebar.

  2. Edit the Name and Description fields in the pop-up window.

  3. Select a colour from the Colour section 1.

  4. Click the Save button.
