How to open or close Office preview?

Administrators can enable or disable viewing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files in the dashboard without downloading them, using the Office preview toggle on the Settings page. Who can do this: Administrator; permission to manage settings. When enabled, users view Office documents via Preview in the dashboard. Read the Important note on screen: this preview works through an external viewing service, and the content of the previewed document is sent to that service.

Steps

  1. Open the Settings page of SmartFiles in the DBLinx tenant panel (tenant.smart360.com.tr).

  2. Toggle the switch in the Office preview row on or off 2.

  3. Click the Save button.
