Adding calendar date to document or folder
A user with write permission adds a date to a document or folder: selecting what it is, the day, and how many days until a reminder. The date enters your DBLinx calendar; when the time comes, a notification is sent to the responsible person, and if it is a document, a task with a due date appears in Tasks. If AI is enabled, expiry, termination, and maturity dates in the document are suggested. Nothing is added to the calendar without your confirmation: suggestions and invitations only enter the calendar when you add them. Every addition, completion, removal, and sent reminder is recorded in the activity history of the document or folder. Details: team collaboration.
