Removing a person’s area permission

The administrator closes all permissions in that area at once with the None button in the person's row in the permission matrix. To remove a single permission, only the mark in that column is removed. Details: authorisation.

How to remove a person's area permission?

An administrator closes all permissions in that area at once using the 'None' button in the person's row of the permission matrix. Who can do this: Administrator; with Storage Area management permission. The person can no longer see the area; the open panel will also update shortly. To remove a single permission, only the mark in that column is cleared.

Steps

  1. Open the Settings page of SmartFiles in the DBLinx tenant panel (tenant.smart360.com.tr).

  2. In Storage Areas, click the relevant area.

  3. Click the None button on the person’s row 3; to remove only one permission, uncheck that column’s box 1.
