How to summarise a folder using AI?

Get a short text describing what is in a folder and what appears to be missing, based on summaries of the documents in the folder. Who can do this: Users with AI permission in the area (AI must be enabled in the organisation). See what is inside a folder without opening it individually. Summaries are not saved; they are regenerated each time you request them.

The summary is prepared from the existing AI summaries of documents in the folder and its subfolders.

Steps

  1. Tap the … button on the folder and select Summarise folder.

  2. Appears on the page when the summary is generated: folder contents and missing documents. 1"

  3. It shows how many documents there are and how many summaries are in use. To update the summary, tap Resummarise. 2"
