"This month's AI allowance has been used up" message: what to do?
When a tenant's monthly AI allowance is exhausted, requests for analysis and chat display the message: 'This month's AI allowance has been exhausted. Your administrator can purchase additional tokens.' Who can apply this: User; Administrator. In the new period, or after additional tokens are purchased, AI continues automatically.
Steps
If you are a user, report the status to your administrator.
If you are an administrator, open the link below the message or visit tenant.smart360.com.tr/satin-almalar to purchase an additional token pack.
After rights are renewed or additional tokens are obtained, click Analyze for documents that were not summarized.
