How to see changes instantly?
When the SmartFiles panel is open, changes made by another user in the same area (upload, move, delete, note, permission) are reflected on screen within a few seconds without page refresh. Who can do this: User. The list, folder tree, notes and tasks always stay up to date. A storage area newly assigned to you by the administrator also appears automatically in the sidebar.
Steps
Keep the panel open; no action required.
When a colleague uploads or moves a file, the list updates automatically.
