Steps

  1. In the details of a locked file, the Legal retention lock box appears; the reason entered by the person who placed the lock on this item is also shown. 1"

  2. If it originates from a key parent folder or child item, this is indicated in the box.

  3. Buttons Move and Delete are hidden on locked items; the same box appears in the file or folder’s … menu.
