How to set the recycle bin retention period?

The administrator selects between 0 and 30 days for how long deleted items wait using the Recycle Bin retention time slider on the Settings page. Who can do this: Administrator; Permission to manage settings. The new duration applies to items going into the recycle bin from now on. Items whose duration expires are permanently deleted. If 0 days is selected, deleted items are permanently deleted without waiting in the recycle bin.

Steps

  1. Open the Settings page of SmartFiles in the DBLinx tenant panel (tenant.smart360.com.tr).

  2. Set the Trash Bin Retention Period slider to the desired number of days 2.

  3. Click the Save button.
