Switch between organisations

Users with accounts in multiple SmartFiles organisations (e.g., factories of a holding) can switch to another organisation by clicking Organisations in the My Account menu header; the other organisation’s panel opens in a new session within the same tab. Details: SmartFiles features.

How to switch between organisations?

Users with accounts in multiple SmartFiles organisations (e.g. factories of a holding), click on the other organisation from the Organisations section at the top of the My Account menu; the panel for that organisation opens in the same tab with a new session.

Steps

  1. Click your name (My Account) in the top right.

  2. View the organisations you can access in the My Organisations section at the top of the menu 1; the active organisation is marked as This Organisation 2.

  3. Click on the organization you wish to switch to 3.

"Result The dashboard for the selected organisation opens in the same tab; your permissions within that organisation become active.
"Warning The My Organisations section only appears if you have accounts in two or more organisations. Organisations without a defined dashboard address appear dimmed and unclickable.
