Adding an account from another company and switching to the product

A user who has accounts in multiple organisations adds their account to another organisation by entering the short name of that organisation via 'Add Account' in the My Account menu; they switch to products like SmartMail from the Other Products menu in the top bar without logging in again. How to add an account from another company and switch to the product?

A user with accounts in multiple companies adds their account to another company by entering its short name via Account add in the My Account menu; they switch to products like SmartMail from the Other products menu in the top bar without re-logging in. Who can do this: User. Added accounts are listed in the My Account menu; switching between them takes a single click.

Steps

  1. Click My Account and select Add Account 3.

  2. Enter the short name of the other company in the Company Short Name field and click Continue.

  3. On the login page that opens, sign in with your username at that firm.

  4. Use the Other products menu in the top bar to switch to another product.
