How to work with multiple files?

The user selects multiple files using the checkboxes on the file cards; they download, send via email, tag, or delete them all together from the bar that appears at the top. Who can do this: User. The operation applies to all selected files. In the recycle bin, the selection bar shows Restore and Permanently Delete buttons.

Steps

  1. Tick the checkboxes in the corners of the file cards.

  2. Select the operation from the bar appearing at the top: Download as ZIP 1 (Download for a single file), Send by mail 2, Tag 3 or Delete.
