Selecting the target area for SmartMail integration

The administrator selects the Target storage area in the SmartMail integration section on the Settings page. This area appears pre-selected in the Save to SmartFiles dialog in SmartMail; the person can also select another area or folder they have write permission for. How to select the target area for SmartMail integration?

The administrator selects the Target storage area in the SmartMail integration section on the Settings page. Who can do this: Administrator; Permission to manage settings. The selected area is saved as the pre-selected area in the Save to SmartFiles dialog. This area appears pre-selected in the Save to SmartFiles dialog in SmartMail; the person can also select another area or folder they have write permission for.

Steps

  1. Open the Settings page of SmartFiles in the DBLinx tenant panel (tenant.smart360.com.tr).

  2. Go to the SmartMail integration section.

  3. Select an area from the Target storage area list 1.

  4. Click the Save button.
