How to preview a file?

View images, PDFs, and Office documents within the application without downloading them. Who can do this: Users with read permission in the area. If preview cannot open, a message indicating this appears; you can download and open the file. Supported formats: Images (png, jpg, gif, webp, bmp, avif), PDFs, and Office documents (doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx; max 10 MB).

Steps

  1. Open file details.

  2. Tap Preview. The button only appears for types that can be previewed.

  3. Preview opens full screen. Tap the cross in the top right to close. 1"
