Storage limit exceeded warning: what to do?
If uploading exceeds your tenant's plan storage limit, SmartFiles notifies before starting the upload; the message shows used space, file size, and the limit. Who can apply: User; Administrator. When area is freed, the upload proceeds normally. Delete unnecessary files; those in the trash also take up space, free up space with Empty Trash.
Steps
Delete unnecessary files; those in the trash also consume space. Empty the Trash to free up space.
Reducing the number of stored old versions frees up space (administrator).
