Office document not opening in preview

Office document not opening in preview: what to do?
Office preview is toggled via an administrator setting. Who can apply this: User; Administrator. When the setting is on, Office documents are displayed in the panel. If the setting is off or preview cannot be prepared, the document can be downloaded and opened. Use Download in the preview window to open the document on your computer. If you are an administrator, check in Settings that Office preview is enabled.
Steps
Open the document on your computer using Download in the preview window.
If you are an administrator, check that Office Preview is enabled in Settings.
"Result When the setting is on, Office documents are displayed in the panel.
