How to move to the suggested folder?

Viewing the folder suggested by AI for a file, moving the file there with a single touch, or dismissing the suggestion. Who can do what: Read permission to view the suggestion; edit permission in the area to move the file. The moved file appears in the suggested folder; the dismissed suggestion is removed from the file. If the suggestion was made based on a previous version of the file, this is indicated in the box.

If AI is enabled in your organisation, SmartFiles can suggest which folder a file belongs to by examining its content and name. If a suggestion exists, it is displayed in the file details.

Steps

  1. Tap a file to open its details.

  2. If there is a suggestion, the Suggested folder box appears in the General tab: showing the folder path and the reason for the suggestion. 1"

  3. Tap to Move there to move the file to that folder. 2 Details close, list refreshes.

  4. If you do not want the suggestion, tap Ignore; 3 the box disappears and the file stays in place.
