How to log in to the mobile app for the first time?

Log in to the SmartFiles mobile app using your company code, username, and SmartID password. Who can do this: Every user with a SmartFiles account. Your session remains active while the app is open; no password is requested on each launch. Error messages appear on the DBLinx login page itself. The DBLinx login page opens within the app.

The login screen is DBLinx's own login page: your password is not entered into any field within the application, but goes directly to DBLinx.

Install the app on your Android phone Google Playfrom, to your iPhone App Storedownload from.

Steps

  1. Open the application. The DBLinx login page opens within the app. 1"

  2. Enter your company's code in the Company code field. If you don't know the code, ask your administrator.

  3. Fill in the Username and Password fields. The password is your SmartID password used across all Smart products.

  4. Tap the login button. While the session is logging in, Logging in… appears, then your files open.

  5. If you want to log in with the camera, use the Log in with QR button below. 2"
