How to log in with a QR code?

Scanning the QR code displayed on the web panel with the phone's camera to log in without entering a password. Who can do this: Users who are logged into the web panel. The code has a short validity period. This code being associated with another Smart product means you scanned a code belonging to a different product instead of SmartFiles.

Steps

  1. Open the QR login code in the web panel.

  2. On the mobile app login screen, tap Login with QR.

  3. Grant permission if the app requests camera access. If you previously denied it, you can open it from phone settings using the Open Settings button.

  4. Bring the code inside the frame. 1 Once scanned, the session opens automatically.
