Apply a checklist to a folder (tracking missing documents)
A user with edit permission applies a checklist to a folder: personnel file, project file, customer file, or the organisation's own template. Documents in the folder automatically match the items in the list by name; possible matches found by the AI summary are presented for your approval and are not marked as complete without approval. Missing items appear in red. If 'Each subfolder is a separate record' is selected, completed and missing documents for each employee or project in the parent folder are visible in a single table. Details: department-based file areas.
