Planning by describing the project

Describe your project in a few sentences; AI suggests a plan including tasks, estimated durations, dependencies (which tasks start after others), and milestones. After reviewing and adjusting the plan, you create the project.

How to plan by describing the project?

You describe your project in a few sentences; the AI suggests a plan including tasks, estimated durations, dependencies between tasks, and milestones. Who can do this: Company administrator; Users in the organization (excluding those with only the customer role). It opens with project tasks and displays the Gantt tab. After reviewing and correcting the plan, you create the project.

Steps

  1. Click New Project in the left menu, then Plan by Description (AI).

  2. Describe the project: what needs to be done, key steps, and target duration. Click Create Plan 1.

  3. Review suggested tasks: correct names and durations, delete unnecessary rows 2. If unsatisfied, click Regenerate.

  4. Check the project name and click Create Project.

Result The project opens with tasks, and the Gantt tab is displayed. Dates are set from today, working days, and dependencies; milestones appear as diamonds.
Tip Since the plan is generated by AI, it is a suggestion; assign tasks after creation and adjust dates by dragging them in the Gantt chart. Nothing is saved until you approve it.
