  3. Click a row in the Late Tasks table to open the task 2.

  4. In Time Summary, select the period: this month, last month, or the last 30 days.

  5. To export a section to Excel, click its Download CSV button 3.

Sections

  • Project status: completed and total task counts per project, progress percentage, number of late tasks, and latest due date.

  • Late tasks: tasks with a past due date that are not in the "Completed" column; showing days overdue and assignees.

  • Person workload: number of open tasks per person, including late ones, those due within the next 7 days, and those without a due date.

  • Time summary: time spent on the project and by person during the selected period. Counted once the timer stops.

Tip In the time summary, you see your own records; for projects you manage, all team records are counted; if you are a company administrator, all organisation records are counted. Archived projects do not appear in reports.
