How to edit multiple cards together?

In table view, select cards and move them all to another list at once, or change their priority, assignees, labels, or due date, archive or delete them. Who can do this: Project manager; Project member. The operation is applied sequentially to selected cards, with progress shown in the bar. The entire batch change can be undone in one step using Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac).

Steps

  1. Open the Table tab in the project. Tick the boxes at the start of the rows 1. If you tick one box and click another while holding Shift, all cards between them are selected; ticking the header box selects all visible cards.

  2. The bottom bar shows the number of selected cards. Make a selection from List…, Priority…, Person… or Label… 2; adding and removing persons and labels is done in separate groups.

  3. To change the due date together, click Due and select the day from the calendar. To remove cards, use Archive or Delete 3.

Result The operation is applied sequentially to selected cards, with progress shown in the bar. Once finished, it shows how many cards were affected. Automation rules, recurring cards, and notifications work as if you had changed each card individually.
Tip The entire batch change can be undone in one step using Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac). Cards already in the desired state (e.g., priority already set to Urgent) are not changed and are not counted. A maximum of 200 cards can be selected at once.
Warning Deletion cannot be undone: cards are deleted along with their sub-cards, comments, and files. Therefore, after clicking Delete, you are asked to confirm again by clicking Yes, delete. If unsure, use Archive; archived items can be restored.
