Reading the portfolio

  1. Click Portfolio in the left menu.

  2. The cards above show how many projects are On Track, At Risk, or Late, how many have no status update, and the total number of late tasks 1. Clicking a card filters the table to show only those projects; clicking again removes the filter.

  3. Each project appears as a row in the table 2. Clicking the status badge opens the project’s Status tab; clicking the rest of the row opens the project dashboard. Click column headers to sort; when the table first opens, the most problematic projects appear at the top.

  4. The Milestones list shows open milestones due within the next 30 days and overdue milestones, sorted chronologically 3; clicking one opens that task.
