Dashboards homepage and starred dashboards

When SmartPM opens, the Dashboards page appears: your starred dashboards are shown at the top, and all accessible dashboards appear as coloured boxes below.

What are the Dashboards home page and starred dashboards?

When SmartPM opens, the Dashboards page appears: your starred dashboards are shown at the top, and all accessible dashboards appear as coloured boxes below. Who can do this: All users. Stars are personal; everyone sees their own starred dashboards.

Steps

  1. Click the logo in the top bar or Dashboards in the left menu.

  2. Click a box to open the dashboard. The box shows the number of cards and the completion percentage 1.

  3. Click the star that appears when you hover over the box; the dashboard moves to Starred dashboards and to the top of the left menu 2.

  4. Use Create new dashboard to open a new dashboard that is empty, from a template, or custom-defined.

Tip Stars are personal; everyone sees their own starred dashboards. While inside your dashboard, you can also star it using the star in the header.
