How to attach files to tasks and the project?
You attach design drafts, contracts, or logos sent by the customer to the relevant task or directly to the project. Who can do this: Project manager; Project member; Customer (for tasks open to them). The file appears in everyone who can see the task's panel, showing its size, uploader, and time. All project files are displayed together in the Files tab.
Attaching a file to a task
Open the task panel and scroll down to the Files section.
Click Add file and select one or more files 1. You can also drag and drop files from your computer into this section or onto an open card window.
A progress bar appears under the file during upload. When finished, the file is added to the list 2.

Drag and drop a file onto the board
Drop files onto a card from your computer: files are added to that card, and the attachment count on the card increases.
Drop files onto an empty space in a list: each file creates a new card with the filename in that list. Visual files (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP) become the card cover 3.
When dragging, the target list or card frame is highlighted, and a message appears at the bottom indicating what will happen; progress is shown during upload.

Adding a file to the project and viewing all files
Open the Files tab in the project. Files added to the project are listed alongside those attached to tasks, with the newest at the top.
Using Add file, files uploaded here are linked to the project rather than to a specific task.
In the project files you wish your customer to see, check the Visible to customer box 1.
You can open a task by clicking its name next to its file 2.

Opening and deleting a file
Click the file name. PDFs, images, and plain text files open in a new tab; others are downloaded to your computer.
You can delete your own uploaded files using the trash icon. The project manager can delete all files in the project.
